職務内容
An IT Service firm is looking for a QA Lead !
Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Expansion: Scale AI-driven service transformation across all business units, enhancing operations end-to-end
- Capability Multipliers: Integrate AI across key functional areas — from personalized shopping and financial risk assessment to logistics optimization, content recommendation, and beyond
- Externalization: Position the platform as a standalone CCaaS and AI solution, opening new revenue streams outside the organization
- Portfolio Leadership: Opportunity to define the overarching AI vision — aligning core platforms and initiatives under a unified, strategic roadmap
Required Skills:
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases using Python, Selenium, and Playwright.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure quality is integrated into the CI/CD lifecycle.
- Define and implement QA best practices, processes, and metrics across projects.
