職務内容
A Global IT services company is hiring a QA Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Standardize quality processes, execute planning, design, and testing, and collaborate with development team members to manage quality and improve overall service quality
- Create and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and meet delivery deadlines
- Identify and isolate issues, report them to relevant stakeholders, and lead efforts in analysis, escalation, and negotiation for improvements
- Develop quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Formulate test plans and strategies
- Introduce cutting-edge methodologies to continuously improve QA processes
- Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices
- Lead and motivate QA team members
- Manage stakeholders effectively
Required Skills:
- Experience in QA engineering (ideally 7 to 10 years)
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies
- Experience and knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, etc.
- Understanding of GitHub Flow
- Proven experience in test case design and review
