職務内容
A Global Automotive firm is looking for a Project Manager – International Markets to support global sales and customer service systems, IT projects, and regional technology initiatives.
This is a staff-level position suited for professionals with several years of experience in IT project coordination, architecture support, or regional IT functions. The role combines elements of IT project management, vendor coordination, system strategy support, and business-facing collaboration. You will work closely with regional teams, headquarters stakeholders, and internal/external IT suppliers to ensure stable and aligned IT services supporting global sales and aftersales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support international sales and customer service IT operations across multiple markets
- Coordinate with regional and local stakeholders to manage IT demands and requirements
- Assist in steering regional initiatives and aligning global priorities with local needs
- Serve as a liaison between business units, markets, and IT functions
- Drive and support IT projects affecting international sales and aftersales systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery
- Monitor project dependencies, risks, and delivery expectations
- Support IT system strategy, platform modernization, and architecture initiatives
- Collaborate on solution consistency, integration, and long-term IT landscape improvements
- Resolve market incidents, queries, and operational issues with structured escalation
- Facilitate communication between regions, support teams, and service providers
- Align IT capabilities with business needs and participate in governance and coordination activities
Required Skills:
- Approximately 4–7 years of professional experience in IT, preferably within automotive, commercial vehicles, or related B2B sectors
- Experience supporting IT projects, regional IT functions, or system coordination initiatives
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments
- Familiarity with IT vendors, suppliers, or external service coordination
