A Leading EC platform group is seeking an Project Manager in EC Business Data Analytics & Platform Section
Responsibilities:
-As a Project Manager, you will be in charge of managing and promoting all data platform, data warehouse, data pipeline, data solution, and AI solution development projects handled by the EC Business Data Analytics & Platform Section. Your mission is to build and strengthen the data base and solutions that support Japan's largest e-commerce platform and to maximize business impact. Specifically, your work will include the following tasks:
- Project Planning and Definition
- Project Management and Promotion
- Stakeholder Management
- Resource and Budget Management
- Process Improvement
Required Skills:
- Over 5 years of work experience as a project manager or in a similar role (product manager, scrum master, etc.).
- Experience managing the entire life cycle of software development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
- A history of successfully leading projects that involved coordinating and negotiating with multiple stakeholders (business departments, development teams, senior management, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Japanese: Advanced(N1+) / English: Fluent (TOEIC800+)

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
