職務内容
A leading US based BNPL is seeking a Project Manager (Development background).
Responsibilities:
- Drive cross team development projects and capture status and share them to stakeholders
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Capture initiative developments in based on data, and visualize them, while managing priority and resources
- Create processes and initiatives, and execute them to improve productivity and quality of services with engineering team
- Drive agile implementation in feature development by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Skills:
- 5 years+ experience in project management.
- Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum
- Proficient in using project management software and tools such as JIRA
- Understand agile development method and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Leadership and communication skills to drive people
- Understand product management, customer support, marketing, and engineering concepts

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Work Location: Toyosu Bayside Cross Tower
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays, Other Special Holidays
Interview process: 4 ~ 5 rounds of interview
