A leading global flexible workspace provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive digital initiatives, business process improvement projects, and software delivery in Japan. This role focuses on moving projects forward by organizing stakeholders, timelines, risks, dependencies, and execution plans, working closely with the Digital Technology team, business and operations teams, engineers, and external vendors.

Responsibilities:
-Create project plans for digital products, operational improvement initiatives, and system implementation efforts
-Organize schedules, dependencies, issues, risks, and decision points to keep projects moving
-Provide visibility and reporting on budget, key milestones, and major discussion points
-Coordinate with stakeholders across business, operations, design, and engineering
-Support agile and sprint-based development by tracking progress, issues, and dependencies
-Clarify priorities and escalation points across multiple projects and stakeholders
-Resolve bottlenecks and alignment gaps between internal teams, development teams, and external vendors
-Help clarify requirements and turn them into executable plans when needed

Required Skills:
-Hands-on experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, PMO, or Delivery Manager in system development, digital initiatives, or business process improvement
-Experience managing projects in agile or sprint-based software development environments
-Experience in project planning, progress management, issue management, and risk management
-Experience managing budget, key issues, risks, and dependencies across a full project
-Experience driving projects with multiple stakeholders across functions
-Ability to structure ambiguous situations and create practical ways forward
