職務内容
Responsibilities:
- Manage infrastructure projects from planning through completion
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and milestones
- Coordinate teams of 10–20 members and manage project progress
- Gather user requirements and translate them into clear project specifications
- Coordinate closely with infrastructure and database engineers on project execution
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project tracking
- Prepare project plans, status reports, risk logs, meeting minutes, and other documentation
- Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Support cloud, database migration, modernization, and infrastructure projects
- Drive improvements to project management processes and delivery practices
Required Skills:
- 3–5+ years of project management experience from planning through closure
- Experience leading teams of 10–20 members
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into project specifications
- Strong project planning, documentation, reporting, risk management, and tracking skills
- Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience in cloud, infrastructure, or database migration projects is preferred
- Basic understanding of database or cloud technologies is a plus

Working Style: Hybrid, 4 days in office and 1 day work from home
