A leading Japanese internet services and technology company is seeking a Project Manager to drive projects across multiple cloud services within its Cloud Services Department (CLSD), under the broader Cloud Platform Supervisory Department (CPSD). 

This role will plan and coordinate projects and initiatives across multiple services, track progress, and facilitate alignment between CLSD service providers and stakeholders as necessary.
The Project Manager will also identify process gaps, drive quality improvements, and ensure all activities are progressing toward successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans across multiple cloud services, including milestones, deliverables, and timelines
Track project progress and proactively escalate risks or blockers to relevant stakeholders
Identify process gaps and support documentation of procedures, workflows, and operational standards
Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects and ensure stakeholder alignment on scope and expectations
Provide regular status updates and facilitate clear cross-functional communication and meetings

Required Skills:
10–15 years of proven project management experience in IT service operations or cloud environments.
Familiarity with quality management frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ITIL, or equivalent).
Experience facilitating cross-functional stakeholder coordination and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
Strong documentation skills, including process mapping, procedure writing, and project tracking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.

Japanese level: Not mandatory but nice to have
English level: Business level required

The Platform Support Section supports the Cloud Services Department (CLSD), acting as a bridge between support teams and service providers to ensure efficient issue handling, clear communication, and effective operational collaboration. It plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Employment Type: Haken Contract (3 or 6 months rolling, long term)
Salary: 4,500 ~ 5,000 JPY per hour (Approx. 675,000 ~ 750,000 JPY per month + OT)
Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Work Location: Tokyo
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays, Other Special Holidays
