職務内容
A Global IT Service is looking for a Project Manager who can assist the long-term vision program which will drive substantial growth for the business.
We are strategically scaling our business to meet the increasing demands of the digital advertising landscape and to capitalize on a multitude of new, transformative projects lined up.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Engineers, QA, DevOps, PJM & PDM’s on regular basis
- Be able to engage the conversations to lead to agreements on the requirement finalization
- Be able to co-ordinate with PMO on governance and budget related matters
- Collaborate with Managers, Sr. Managers and sometimes executive reporting as well
- Figure out processes that can help smoothen the work style and be quick to Implement them
- Be able to define strict milestone and track with the team to fulfillment
- Ensuring project goals are met and take precedence over anything
- Carry on retro’s, reviews and keep the team motivated enough
- Get things done mindset is absolute must
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in Project Management, with a significant portion managing complex software development or ad technology projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding and practical experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Nexus (Scaled Scrum), Waterfall, Hybrid) and relevant tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Resource management experience from cost and governance prospective
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate distributed, global teams effectively
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse cultures and seniority levels
- Understanding of cloud technologies will be a must, as the project is going to be both highly product driven and cutting-edge tech implementation

Working hours : 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
