職務内容
A Program Manager / Leader is being sought within the AI & Data Division at a global IT services company.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute initiatives to enhance engagement across the AI & Data division
- Identify organizational challenges and discover solutions that contribute to overall operational efficiency
- As a strategic staff member / leader of the AI Project Management Office (PMO), lead the development and execution of company-wide strategies
Required Skills:
- Experience in project management and PMO
- Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills
- Proven ability in planning, proposal development, and operational execution
- Strong leadership, with the ability to respond and execute flexibly and quickly
- High level of initiative, capable of independently identifying issues, gathering and organizing information, and driving proposals through execution
- Risk management and problem-solving capabilities
- Data analysis skills
- Strong documentation and presentation skills using Microsoft Office tools (Confluence, JIRA, etc.)

Working hours : 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
