職務内容
A global IT services company is looking for a Product Manager to join its EC Expansion Development Department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to proactively drive product improvements
- Take a long-term perspective and make decisions beyond short-term priorities
- Approach products and challenges from the user’s perspective
- Apply strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify the underlying essence of problems
- Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Foster healthy discussions within the team and drive initiatives forward without compromising on important objectives
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and alignment skills to establish a common understanding among diverse stakeholders
- The ability to overcome challenges independently and consistently work toward achieving goals
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think deeply until reaching the root of an issue
- A strong commitment to continuous, steady improvement while working toward long-term objectives
- Experience in product management for internet services
- Proven experience analyzing product KPIs, implementing improvement initiatives, and driving product growth
- 6+ years of experience in requirements definition and analysis

Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
