職務内容
A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Product Manager for its Loyalty Program Division.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
- Gather and synthesize requirements from stakeholders (e.g., marketing, sales, customer support, etc.)
- Validate that delivered features meet business and customer expectations
- Analyse the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of the target products and come up with a strategy with the help from engineering management members
Required skills
- 8+ years of experience as a product manager or a business analyst in IT industry
- Basic understanding of programming, framework, Web related technologies and tools
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Basic understanding of IT project management, especially agile style development
- Strong communication skills to involve others properly
- Strong technical writing skills to convey the ideas to others accurately (Ex. Creation product requirement doc (PRD))
- Strong analytical skills to understand the customers, the stakeholders and the product related data and to make them into a clear product strategy
- Goal-oriented and proactive mindsets as a product owner

Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
