職務内容
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Supply Chain and Logistics improvement projects from planning through implementation.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Analyze current supply chain and logistics processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, inventory management, logistics performance, and cost effectiveness.
- Support business transformation, digitalization, automation, and new process implementation.
- Monitor and analyze business KPIs and operational performance.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, analysis, and executive presentations.
- Perform trend analysis and root cause analysis to identify operational issues and recommend solutions.
- Identify supply chain risks, bottlenecks, and project dependencies and support mitigation activities.
- Support strategic initiatives related to inventory optimization, logistics network improvement, supply chain efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Provide ad-hoc business analysis and support management with strategic planning activities.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors’ degree in IT, Technology or equivalent
- 5–7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong experience managing or supporting cross-functional projects.
- Experience with Supply Chain governance, KPI management, reporting, and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills for management and executive presentations.
- Experience with project management or ERP tools such as MS Project, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
