職務内容
A world’s leading Insurance service provider, is looking for a talented & bilingual Manager of Software Development.
Responsibilities:
- Smoothly execute the duties of the job in developing Open Technology Based Policy Admin System for insurance operations (Logical Check for Application Entry, Policy Registration for Policy DB, Policy Extract for Downstream Systems, Transaction Handling, etc.)
- Coordinate with relevant departments to hear business requirements and schedules for new products, product revisions, system improvements, etc.
- Requesting quotations from development vendors and reviewing the results. Creating quotations in line with the development process. Reaching consensus with development vendors on the development plan
- Conducting reviews at each stage of development. Responsible for ensuring the quality of the developed product, releasing it as planned, and ensuring stable operation after release
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in managing and handlining development products
- Ability to work on cross border and multinational environments
- Worked in IT and has multiple experience in project management, and also has experience in managing large project
- Have experience working in IT department of an insurance company or developing systems for an insurance company
- Have experience as a Line Manager in managing members and can motivate and lead the members

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
