職務内容
A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer .
This team is now expanding from an internal audience to a broader global external market. To accelerate this growth, they are looking for a creative, autonomous, and AI-savvy designer to lead the user experience and design vision across multilingual (English/Japanese) enterprise interfaces.

Responsibilities:
- Own the Design Vision: Lead design strategy and execution for the analytics’ user-facing interfaces
- End-to-End Design: Take full ownership of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma AI, Builder.IO, or Cursor
- User-Centered Innovation: Advocate for both beginner and advanced enterprise users—ensuring accessibility, usability, and scalability
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Compliance to bring design concepts into production
- Drive Research & KPIs: Lead usability studies, analyze findings, and improve UX metrics such as the System Usability Scale (SUS)
- Set Standards: Build and maintain design systems for multilingual, data-sensitive applications
- Ensure Quality & Compliance: Deliver designs that meet WCAG accessibility and internal quality standards
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in UI/UX and product design, with a strong portfolio of web and enterprise products
- Proven experience designing complex enterprise applications (shared workspaces, CRUD flows)
- 5+ years in design leadership (hiring, mentoring, and growing diverse teams)
- Success designing web products with 5,000+ monthly active users
- Hands-on experience tracking and improving SUS or usability KPIs
- Experience designing for data-sensitive or proprietary applications
- B2B SaaS or analytics platform design experience
