職務内容
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for digital products and customer-facing services.
- Translate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) into user-centric design solutions and detailed mockups.
- Define and design complete user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Create visually compelling and intuitive experiences that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Utilize AI-powered design methodologies and tools to improve design efficiency and user experience outcomes.
- Establish and maintain design consistency through design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation where appropriate.
- Support front-end implementation by working closely with engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
Required skills:
- 7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences from concept through delivery.
- Strong experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and other modern design tools.
- Experience translating business requirements into practical and user-friendly design solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to design complete user experiences for web and/or mobile products.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including business teams, product managers, and engineers.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design best practices.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and methodologies within the UI/UX design process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style: Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
