職務内容
A World-reknown reinsurer is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to design and deliver advanced data science and AI solutions within the life and health insurance domain.
The successful candidate may act as a senior individual hands on contributor while working closely with multiple departments and stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and validate predictive and machine learning models (mortality, morbidity, persistency, fraud, risk, etc.)
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets to generate business insights
- Develop and apply AI and GenAI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agent-based workflows, multimodal AI)
- Translate business problems into practical data science solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and client-facing stakeholders across departments
- Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to research on new data sources and emerging AI technologies
- Support and mentor junior data scientists when needed (no mandatory team management)
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience related to data science, analytics, or statistical modeling
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and/or R
- Experience with machine learning and statistical techniques (e.g. GLM, ML, deep learning, time series, clustering)
- Experience working with GenAI / LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, RAG, agent workflows, LLM evaluation)
- Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, HuggingFace, OpenAI or Bedrock APIs
- Experience deploying models and working with MLOps, versioning, and governance
- Background in insurance, reinsurance, finance, or risk-related industries preferred
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts in business terms
- Comfortable working independently and across multiple teams

Working hours: 9:00-18:00, Monday-Friday
Work Style: In Office mainly
