職務内容
A Global Wellness firm is looking for a bilingual Junior IT Business Analyst who will be supporting the business in terms of application localization, enhancing the quality of IT products and services, assessing each issue and finding technological solutions to business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct application localization and provide support for customers in Japan
- Serve as liaison between IT, business units, and APAC/Global IT teams
- Understand strategic business needs, growth plans, and assess issues with business context
- Enhance the quality of IT products and services through troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Identify technological solutions to meet business requirements
- Prioritize, track, and escalate issues and requests using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Analyze technical system designs, business models, and processes
- Conduct QA/QC activities, including regression and load testing
- Produce reports, maintain records, and analyze data to support business decisions

Working Hours : 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon-Fri) : core time 10:00-15:00
Working Style: Hybrid (1 day/can work from home)
