職務内容
A Korean Lostigistic firm is hiring a Production Technician (Hardware Support)
This position will be based at a client site—a major U.S.-based global information services company engaged in financial/economic data distribution, news agency services, and broadcasting.
The role involves working at an office in Marunouchi and handling warehouse inbound/outbound operations for IT equipment management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data wiping and secure erasure of collected and returned equipment
- Execute kitting, configuration, and image installation for network devices, PCs, routers, and servers
- Physically destroy hard drives in accordance with security policies
- Maintain accurate data logs and documentation of all handled equipment
- Support onboarding and participate in training programs to ensure operational readiness
Required Skills:
- IT troubleshooting (Desktop PCs, laptops, routers, servers, switches)
- Maintenance and operation of IT equipment
- Experience with SAP systems
- Industry experience (Data Center Technician, IT Help Desk, IT Technician)
- Certifications such as: MS-900, AZ-900, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ and similar

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours + 1-hour break)
Work Style: In office Location: Marunouchi office (on-site at client location)
Holidays: Full 2-day weekend (Saturday & Sunday) + national holidays, Paid leave: 10 days or more (granted after 6 months), 120 annual holidays, Summer holidays (3 days), Year-end/New Year holidays,
