職務内容
A Leading Medical firm is looking for an IT Strategy & Performance Lead to join their business.
This is a central team responsible for formulating and driving the global IT strategy. The candidate will belong to the Global IT Division (reporting directly to the CIO) and will continuously lead the formulation and review of IT strategies to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate the global IT strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the CIO office and IT leadership team
- Define and coordinate the scope of global IT transformation projects
- Identify transformation opportunities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and reflect them in IT strategy
- Build and operate a comprehensive performance management framework (coordinating from CIO to regional IT teams)
- Design KPIs/SLAs, define metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders
- Monitor performance, analyze results, drive improvements, and implement automation tools
- Improve team performance through guidance and development of team members
- Manage and evaluate individual and team objectives
- Develop talent to meet current and future business needs
Required skills:
- Minimal 5 years’ experience in IT Cost budgeting, forecast, IT business strategy, handling 2-3 business unit.
- Experience designing and implementing balanced scorecards, CIO dashboards, and comprehensive performance management indicators/KPIs for the entire IT organization or business division
- Proven track record in formulating IT strategies and building IT transformation roadmaps

Working Style: Hybrid approximately, WFH 3-4 days a week
