A Global Flexible Workspace firm is looking for IT Services Manager  for its Tokyo Office.
As the IT Services Manager, you will be responsible for comprehensive IT services delivery, revenue generation from IT services, customer satisfaction, and team management within our Japan team. You will align local initiatives with projects initiated by the HQ IT team while ensuring seamless service delivery to our predominantly multinational client base. This role requires close collaboration with all departments to achieve business targets while continuously enhancing your technical knowledge through ongoing training. 

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IT consultancy services in a serviced office environment, primarily supporting multinational clients operating in Japan
- Proactively deliver and maintain high-quality IT services for clients, ensuring all ticketing system SLAs are consistently met and exceeded
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related inquiries and escalations from clients in the Tokyo market
- Coordinate with HQ IT teams on network, application, and infrastructure projects to ensure successful implementation and alignment with global standards
- Lead local IT initiatives while maintaining consistency with corporate IT strategies and policies
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure across the Tokyo serviced office environment
- Manage IT inventory and oversee relationships with local IT vendors and service providers in coordination with HQ IT
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with Japanese IT vendors and suppliers
- Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards and compliance with company policies
- Lead and mentor the local IT support team, fostering professional development and technical excellence
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables for IT initiatives
- Conduct regular team performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
- Handle IT procurement processes and conduct regular audits to ensure quality assurance and cost control
- Contribute to IT revenue targets through effective service delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare reports on IT service performance, financial metrics, and customer satisfaction for senior management

Required skills:
- Minimum 5 years of frontline IT support experience in a multinational company, preferably with Japan market exposure
- Current Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent networking credentials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls; advanced support and troubleshooting capabilities are a strong advantage
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Azure AD, and hybrid cloud environments
- Proficiency with VMware virtualization technologies and virtual infrastructure management
- Knowledge of IP telephony systems and unified communications; practical implementation experience is an added advantage
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and IT service management best practices
- Understanding of network security principles, data protection regulations, and cybersecurity best practices

Working Hours:  9:00 – 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style:  Work in office
