職務内容
Global financial services group is looking for Production Services Manager for maintaining and operating the production environment for wealth management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Production environment setup and support
- Operations monitoring
- Incident recovery
- Individual system operations
- Overall system operations
- Quality improvement
- Stakeholder communication
Required Skills:
- Fluent Japanese reading, writing and speaking and Intermediate English
- Minimal 3 years’ experience in a production service support (Meaning someone who has experience handling operational & technical support for live financial systems that actively used in trading, settlement, risk management)
- Technical proficiency in Linux and Windows operating system maintaining
- Ability to communicate well – negotiation skills

Working Hours: 08:40 – 17:40
Workstyle: By principle, it will be 1 day working in office, 4 days working from home (Depending on nature of the job, it will be decided by department head)
