職務内容
A Global FMCG Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Product Manager to lead innovative digital initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization that is transforming its business through technology and digitalization.
Responsibilities:
- Leading cross-functional communication and coordination to ensure smooth project execution
- Managing resources effectively across departments including procurement, legal, finance, and external vendors
- Delivering projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines
- Solving complex project challenges by identifying root causes and facilitating optimal solutions
- Enhancing project quality and minimizing risks through proactive planning and stakeholder alignment
- Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation such as project charters, schedules, test plans, deployment strategies, and closing reports
- Applying Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe) to accelerate delivery and foster collaboration
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, and CMS platforms
- Strong project management skills, including WBS creation and managing Quality, Cost, and Schedule
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe) is a plus

Working Style: Work from Home 2-3days,
