職務内容
A Global manufacturer in the automotive sector is seeking an experienced IT Network Infrastructure Support Engineer to support enterprise-wide application planning, IT project execution, and operational governance within its Bus IT division. This role focuses specifically on network infrastructure engineering, including design, implementation, optimization, and operational support of enterprise network systems in both on-premises and cloud-integrated environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise network infrastructure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments
- Develop scalable and resilient network architecture aligned with global IT standards and business requirements
- Support network integration for new systems, sites, and organizational changes
- Evaluate and introduce new networking technologies to improve performance, security, and scalability
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and service continuity
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of network incidents and performance issues
- Maintain operational documentation and support standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure SLA adherence and operational quality
- Identify opportunities to improve network efficiency, reliability, and security posture
- Support automation and modernization initiatives within network operations
- Contribute to the development of future-ready infrastructure models aligned with global IT strategy
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across IT infrastructure services
- Coordinate with external network service providers and infrastructure vendors for delivery and support activities
- Support contract execution, technical validation, and service performance monitoring
- Collaborate with global IT infrastructure teams and local business stakeholders
- Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Min 5+ years of professional exp in IT Infrastructure/Network Engineering
- Exp with Hybrid environment (on-premise & cloud infra)
- Knowledge of Network tech (routing, switching, LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall)
