職務内容
A global manufacturer of trucks and buses is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Transformation Architect to lead large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives across a global enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead IT infrastructure carve-outs and migration projects across datacenter, cloud, and digital workplace environments
- Drive system and application integration across partnered companies’ environments
- Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-entity alignment to ensure minimal business disruption
- Develop and maintain understanding of current and target infrastructure architecture
- Ensure alignment with future-state architecture and consistent implementation across projects
- Collaborate with program managers, project managers, product owners, and global teams
- Maintain operational stability during and after migration
- Support ITSM processes, governance frameworks, and compliance standards
- Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders
- Facilitate transition from project phase to operational ownership and establish long-term service models
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure within enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of datacenter, cloud, network, and digital workplace technologies
- Proven experience in infrastructure and/or application migration projects
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts
- Hands-on experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills
- Experience working in global environments and with external vendors
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and complex transformation scenario
