職務内容
A Global FMCG Company is seeking a IT Data Engineer who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, agile delivery, and business analysis. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment where your ideas and technical expertise will have a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Guide the Scrum team in adopting Agile principles and best practices
- Remove obstacles and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Act as a bridge between the development team and business stakeholders
- Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
- Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet business expectations
- Create process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Identify and implement process improvements (automation, optimization, infrastructure enhancements)
- Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to resolve data-related issues
- Collaborate with data and analytics experts to enhance system capabilities
Required Skills:
- Business Analyst experience — practical hands-on BA work is required.
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of ETL, SQL, and AWS.
