職務内容
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with respective teams to understand BAU activities and upcoming projects which require engagement of IT internal and vendor resources.
- Capacity Planning for internal resources:
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop comprehensive capacity plans to ensure availability of key resources needed to deliver BAU and strategic projects.
- Maintain the capacity plans and adjust accordingly as demand changes
- Identify potential capacity constraints for key roles.
- Develop an assessment of how much projects can be delivered with the current available resources.
- Work with company executives to prioritize projects considering capacity constraints
- Work with respective IT teams and company executives to identify short term and long-term measures to address resource shortage for key roles.
- External Vendor Demand Management
- Work with IT teams to identify and consolidate vendor demand for planned BAU and projects.
- Liaise with external vendors to understand capacity, capability, lead times, and existing constraints.
- Identify potential gaps, and coordinate necessary adjustments (e.g., prioritization of projects, scheduling, resource reallocation) with IT teams and company executives.
- Provide structured input to Contract/Financial Managers when demand or vendor capacity shifts significantly from contractual plans. This enables accurate estimation of cost impact and contractual implications
- Process and Tools: Implement best practices and tools for doing effective Capacity and Vendor Demand Management. This includes processes for managing orders between AXA and the vendors.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of coordination among IT teams, company leaders and vendors to ensure shared visibility and quick resolution of capacity and demand-related issues
- Reporting: Generate regular IT Capacity and Vendor Demand reports to ensure shared visibility and to provide company executives with information for resource related strategic decision making.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent level of experience
- Proven experience in demand management, capacity planning, or resource management within an IT environment.
- Good data analytical skills
-Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and with external vendors.
- Executive stakeholder management. Concise, consistent and timely communication and escalation

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
