職務内容
A World’s leading Insurance service provider, is looking for an IBM Mainframe Fullstack Development Engineer .
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development of PAS, including IT/ST/UAT support as needed
- Participate in PAS system transformation programs in Japan
- Collaborate with other development team members to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate with vendor development teams, provide direction, and ensure delivery quality
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Over 8 years of experience in IT delivery
- Preferably experienced in insurance transformation projects
- Strong familiarity with policy administration systems (including packaged systems)
- Insurance Knowledge: General understanding of insurance products, rate engines, underwriting, and regulatory reporting
- Technical Skills: COBOL, Enterprise COBOL, Assembler, IMS DB, DB2, CICS, zOS Connect
- Development experience on IBM mainframe systems and knowledge of middleware environments
- Experience integrating IBM mainframe with open systems
- Leadership: Confidence in self and others; capable of inspiring and motivating through excellent coaching skills
- Collaboration: Ability to build trust with business partners
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate productively across departments
- Capable of building effective relationships both internally and externally
- Passion and Mindset: Growth mindset with a proactive attitude

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 27 Paid Holidays every year (20 paid leaves, and 7 especial leaves)
