職務内容
One of the world’s largest Insurance Service provider is seeking a bilingual Fullstack Engineer. You must have deep understanding of complex projects based on Java, Azure, and cloud-native applications.
Responsibilities:
- Create a project work plan and revise it as needed to accommodate changing needs and requirements
- Lead complex projects requiring a deep understanding of Java, Azure, and cloud-native applications
- Excellent work experience in related fields and the ability to visualize solutions and potential problems
- Experience managing effective software development methodologies and tools
- Internal and external development / delivery teams, both on-site and offshore
- Experience in delivering multi-channel customer experience initiatives on a PaaS platform
- Willingness and ability to be involved in all phases and levels of the delivery process
- Proficient in using agile methodologies for development and delivery
- Cross-functional problem-solving skills in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
- Identify the necessary resources and assign individual responsibilities
- Review the deliverables prepared by the team before handing them over to other teams
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
Required Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in project management and application development
- 5+ years of experience managing Java and microservices projects
- Thorough understanding of OOP, design patterns, and enterprise application integration, and has a very strong Service-Oriented Architecture background
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience working within an established PMO process
- Experience managing third- party implementation vendors
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think creatively about problems
- Experience designing and developing highly scalable APIs and services for use in web and mobile clients
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with cloud services such as Azure
- Strong understanding of UX/UI, microservices, Spring Boot, JavaScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, etc.
- Experience and understanding of agile project methodologies
- Experience managing onshore and offshore development teams and vendors

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
