職務内容
Leading provider of organizational coaching in Japan is looking for a Full-stack Engineer
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that support our business growth, primarily using Python and Django. The role involves building new applications, improving and maintaining existing systems, and collaborating with internal teams on new product launches and feature enhancements.
- Develop web applications for new products.
- Maintain and improve existing web applications, including legacy systems.
- Collaborate with internal business teams and project managers on new product launches and feature improvements.
- Work on both backend and frontend development.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Python and Django.
- Experience using Git for version control.
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework, such as Vue.js, React, Svelte, or Angular.
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
- Japanese： Low Intermediate (N3+)
- English： Fluent
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Vue.js or React.
- Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) in software development.

Working Hours: 9:30-17:30
Working Style: Hybrid (Work at the office as needed, typically about 3–4 times per month)
