職務内容
A Global IT Service firm is seeking a talented and motivated Full-stack Engineer to join the Travel Department.
You will play a key role in delivering innovative travel solutions while ensuring system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and operate the Travel services across frontend and backend
- Own the full development lifecycle including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations
- Build and maintain systems capable of handling large-scale, high-traffic workloads
- Improve frontend features, usability, and performance optimization
- Monitor system health, manage alerts and incident response, and ensure service stability
- Troubleshoot issues and respond to user inquiries effectively
- Drive continuous improvement in performance, quality, and operational efficiency (e.g., automation, CI/CD)
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to architecture design and technical decision-making
- Act as a technical role model, mentoring others and supporting team growth
- Participate in cross-product/shared platform development within the travel domain
- Work with global teams, communicating effectively in English
Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience in web application development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js, Express.js)
- Experience with build and dependency tools (e.g., Webpack, npm)
- Experience in testing frameworks (e.g., Jest)
- Ability to create technical documentation (architecture/design specs)
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Basic knowledge of web security best practices
- Strong understanding of SPA (including SSR), responsive design, and styling (SASS/SCSS)
- Experience improving frontend and backend performance
- Strong UX/design sensibility and attention to detail
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, AWS)

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Flextime or staggered working hours possible)
Work Style: Hybrid (Typically 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home)
