職務内容
A leading Japanese AI company specializing in image-recognition solutions is looking for a Embedded Software Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Embed image-recognition software into in-vehicle camera and dashcam products
- Manage project schedules and ensure delivery quality
- Conduct requirement gathering and define technical specifications based on customer needs
- Lead customization, software development, specification design, and implementation throughout the development cycle
- Act as a bridge between clients and algorithm development teams
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of C++ development experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive or in-vehicle embedded development is a strong plus)
- Hands-on development experience in Linux environments
- Japanese: Intermediate (JLPT N3 or above)
- English: Advanced

Working Hours: 9:00–18:00, Mon–Fri (Discretionary Labor System)
