職務内容
An Asian insurance Group is seeking a Director of GenAI Digital Delivery for its Japan Office to lead the end-to-end execution of enterprise Generative AI initiatives across Asia.
This is a senior delivery leadership role responsible for driving the implementation, rollout, and operation of GenAI-powered digital solutions at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI digital solutions (development → deployment → operations)
- Execute initiatives aligned with product roadmap, priorities, and strategic direction
- Collaborate closely with product managers and GenAI leadership to ensure successful delivery
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across regions, ensuring quality, stability, and timelines
- Work with architecture, data, risk, and compliance teams to ensure governance and regulatory alignment
- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements (security, scalability, performance, cost efficiency)
- Drive enterprise-grade implementation and operations of GenAI solutions
- Coordinate with regional IT and digital teams to support rollout and adoption across markets
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, ensuring stable releases and continuous improvement
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, digital delivery, or technology implementation
- 5+ years of experience managing engineering or delivery teams at a senior level
- Proven experience delivering AI / GenAI solutions in large-scale or regulated environments
- Strong experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder digital programs
- Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, delivery frameworks, and system integration
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive execution under ambiguity

Working Hours: Full flex time (no core hours)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
