職務内容
A Global Automotive manufacturer is looking for a strong bilingual Digital Transformation Project Manager with strong IT understanding, in the Digital Transformation Department (DXO).
As a bilingual Project Manager in the Digital Transformation Office (DXO), you will lead digital transformation initiatives across AI/GenAI, data and analytics, RPA (Blue Prism), Microsoft Power Platform, and custom SharePoint Online solutions.This role is responsible for converting business needs into scalable digital use cases and managing delivery together with development teams in Japan and India.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with business partners to identify, assess, and onboard new digital transformation use cases
- Translate business requirements into clear project scope, success criteria, delivery plans, and measurable KPIs
- Work with development teams to estimate effort, timelines, dependencies, risks, and required resources
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business value
- Coordinate with stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, and global teams to resolve issues and manage expectations
- Track project progress, risks, issues, budget, cross-charging, and benefits realization across multiple initiatives
- Present project status, achievements, risks, and recommendations in management and governance forums
- Promote effective adoption of delivered solutions through communication, change management, and user engagement
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably in bilingual, global, or multicultural environments
- PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, ITIL, Microsoft, or equivalent project/digital delivery certification is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is highly desirable, along with experience in RPA projects, AI projects, System Integration projects
- Strong leadership, ownership, and team coordination skills
- Structured problem-solving and sound decision-making abilities
- Clear, concise, and audience-appropriate communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines
- High adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn emerging digital technologies
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across business and technical teams

Working Hours:
8:00–17:00 / 9:00–18:00, flexible working hours with no core time
Working Style:
3–4 days Work from Office, 1–2 days WFH allowed
