職務内容
A Global IT Service firm is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable and reliable infrastructure for the global marketing research platform serving clients across 15 countries.
This role focuses on enhancing infrastructure stability, improving operational efficiency, and enabling engineering teams through automation and best practices in DevOps.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure for high availability and scalability
- Handle Private and Public Cloud environments and standardize the infrastructure for easy operation
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible) and standardize environments
- Build/maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins/GitLab CI) to automate build/test/deploy
- Implement monitoring/logging/alerting and improve reliability/performance
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform incident response and root-cause analysis
- Partner with development teams to enable smooth releases and operational excellence
- Apply security best practices and support compliance requirements where applicable
Required skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps processes, culture, and tools, with a strong focus on cloud environments
- Cloud platform experience on Private/Public cloud, preferably with AWS/GCP/Alicloud
- Strong IaC: Terraform (frequent), plus CloudFormation/Ansible in some roles
- Containers & orchestration: Docker + Kubernetes
- CI/CD tooling: Experience managing and using Jenkins for CI/CD
- Linux fundamentals and operational troubleshooting
- Scripting/automation: Python and/or Bash
- Observability stack familiarity: Prometheus/Grafana/ELK.
- Strong communication/collaboration; ability to work cross-functionally and to manage non-functional requirements with App teams
- Knowledge of Network Infrastructure and admin experience. Handling issues related to connectivity, latency and other causes of performance issues
- Experience on DB performance improvement, Maintenance and Data Migration of Large Size Databases
