A rapidly growing medical technology company is seeking a  Desktop Support Manager APAC, who will provide hands-on technical support, manage end-user devices and local IT operations, and serve as a key point of contact for regional IT services.
This is an opportunity to work closely with global IT teams and play an important role in supporting a fast-growing international business.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and end-user technical issues
- Manage, prioritize, and escalate IT support tickets as required
- Provide day-to-day IT support and ensure the timely resolution of technical requests
- Create and maintain IT documentation, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Provide remote IT support to users across APAC
- Partner with infrastructure and application teams on regional IT projects
- Act as the primary local point of contact for IT vendors and service providers
- Support Microsoft 365 and endpoint management activities, including Intune administration
- Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders in both Japanese and English
- Support regional IT initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of IT operations
- Travel occasionally within the APAC region, including Japan, Australia, and New Zealand

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows and/or Mac environments
- Experience administering Microsoft 365
- Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing IT support requests, incidents, and escalations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, collaborative, and business-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively with regional and global IT teams
- Willingness to take ownership and support broader regional IT initiatives

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekdays, flexible working hours available)
Work Style: Hybrid (1–2 days remote work per week)
Location: Tokyo
