職務内容
A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Database Platform Engineer who has strong experience in backend development specializing in Database-as-a-Service with deep expertise in MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch, as well as other NoSQL database technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage operations of the production and staging environment databases
- Recognize possibilities to improve performance in query operations and implementations
- Collaborate with product teams to execute and improve the data warehouse
- Communicate with engineering and DBA teams to design, implement, and monitor disaster recovery plans
- Conduct technical troubleshooting and bug fixing
- Maintain and operate existing systems to ensure stable performance
- Operate, monitor, and performance tune NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
Required skills:
- 5+ Years of work experience in the IT Industry
- 3+ years experience operating MongoDB
- Proven experience in automatic deployment and configuration management for database infrastructure
- Knowledge in automation, scripting, and development using Shell Scripting and Python programming
- Ability to deliver code of highest quality and standards
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix
