職務内容
A Global Digital Marketing solution firm is looking for an experienced Data Science Manager (AI Strategy) .
The role is responsible for leading the company-wide AI strategy and transformation from conceptualization through execution. This role emphasizes project leadership and technical decision-making over hands-on coding.
Responsibilities
- Identify AI use cases across the company, prioritize them, and create an implementation roadmap
- Design realistic steps for AI adoption considering existing operations, organizational structure, and data infrastructure
- Redesign business processes, roles, and decision-making flows in line with AI implementation
- Lead strategic discussions and alignment with executives and the parent company
- AI Project Leadership / Execution (PM / Lead)
- People management for existing data scientists (goal-setting, coaching, evaluation)
- Transform the team into one capable of understanding business needs, explaining results, and driving projects
- Hands-on Data Science Work (as needed)
- Machine learning, statistics, optimization, and time series analysis using ID-POS data
- Consumer behavior prediction, effectiveness analysis, clustering, and campaign optimization
- Algorithmic process automation
Required skills:
- Experience in strategic planning and negotiation with executives and senior stakeholders
- Leading company-wide or cross-departmental projects
- PM experience in AI/data projects involving business process changes
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Practical experience in one or more of the following areas for business application: Machine learning, Statistic, Mathematical optimization or time series forecasting
- 5+ years of professional experience with Python, R, or Julia (primarily Python)
- Ability to select and design appropriate models and algorithms for business problems
