職務内容
Responsibilities:
- Build & Manage Data Platforms: Design, build, and operate cloud-based data infrastructure, including data integration, data models, and legacy system migration.
- Data Governance: Establish data standards, improve data quality, and manage data catalogs and metadata.
- AI & Digital Enablement: Develop training programs and support employees in adopting AI and digital technologies.
- Drive Data & AI Projects: Implement BI tools and dashboards and support business teams in using Data, AI, and Generative AI to improve and transform business processes.
- Business & Technical Collaboration: Work with business and technology teams to identify opportunities and deliver Data/AI solutions
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Data & AI projects, including requirements gathering, solution proposal, and project delivery.
- Strong experience with Data Platforms – Cloud DWH, Data Lakes, and data infrastructure.
- Experience with Cloud platforms – Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with BI / Data Visualization tools and driving business adoption.
- Experience applying AI/ML and Generative AI to business improvement or transformation.
- Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Metadata Management.
- Strong experience working with business stakeholders to translate business needs into Data/AI solutions.
- Project Management / Team Leadership experience across cross-functional or cross-department projects.

Work Location: Tokyo
Working Hours: 9:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
Work Style: Office-based (5 days/week initially, with 1 day WFH available after training completion)
