職務内容
A global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provider is looking for a strong bilingual Cybersecurity Specialist or Manager - Threat Management Focus to strengthen, mature, and operate the local enterprise cybersecurity environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance all ITSM processes across Japan: Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management
- Oversee and drive Major Incident Management, ensuring rapid restoration of services
- Define, improve, and maintain enterprise-wide disaster recovery strategies, technical recovery procedures, and resiliency methodologies
- Establish and enforce robust backup and recovery standards ensuring data availability, integrity, and compliance
- Serve as a core leader within the Cyber Incident Response Team, driving rapid, structured, and effective response to cyber incidents
- Coordinate incident management with Japan internal stakeholders (Corporate Communications, Legal, Compliance, Technology teams) and global units (Global CIRT, Asia Cyber teams)
- Continuously improve incident response frameworks, playbooks, checklists, and escalation procedures
- Lead post-incident reviews, gap identification, and mitigation planning across business and IT teams
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of Cyber Incident Exercises for internal stakeholders and senior executives
- Develop advanced cyber scenarios, facilitate simulations, and drive cross-functional participation
- Strengthen organizational response capability through structured drills, tabletop exercises, and recovery validation
- Enhance cyber playbooks, communication templates, and technical recovery procedures
- Lead daily security operations including monitoring oversight, threat response coordination, and operational improvements
- Manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) operations, including alert review, policy refinement, and incident handling
- Oversee and approve security-related change requests, ensuring alignment with global and local standards
- Drive security engineering projects including infrastructure implementation, tooling upgrades, and architecture improvements
- Governance, Risk & Global Security Alignment
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology (security or operations preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in Information Security, including incident response or security operations
- Direct experience leading cyber incident exercises, including cross-country or multi-stakeholder simulations
- Strong understanding of security operations, incident response workflows, and enterprise security technologies
- Experience with monitoring, DLP operations, and reviewing/approving security change requests
- Ability to produce clear, accurate reports and present to both technical and non-technical audiences

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
