A Global collectibles authentication and grading company is looking for a Corporate IT Supervisor (Internal IT Support Leader/Manager) to lead the Tokyo IT office.
Responsibilities:
- As a member of the technical leadership team reporting to the Manager of Corporate IT in Collectors Holdings, you will lead the IT teams in Tokyo and Asia locations. Collaborate with the rest of the engineering organization to define and lead IT solutions
- As a technology leader, you are hands-on in the provisioning of technology and supporting end-users
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to your direct reports and vendors, enabling them to grow and develop within our organization
- Drive workflow support and proactively seek out opportunities to improve existing processes for scale
Required skills:
- You have 3+ years as an IT manager who has managed a diverse support team (e.g., 3+ engineers across multiple specialties, notably IT, Support, Network, Help Desk, and SaaS applications) in a high-growth environment
- Ability to translate strategy into execution; holistically identify and define organizational objectives and implement processes and systems that support those goals
- You have 3+ years of experience supporting office collaboration tools (Office 365, Google Workspace), Okta SSO, Jira, and SaaS applications
- 3+ years of experience in basic networking and structured cabling support
- Hands-on experience with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting networks
- Hands-on experience as Help Desk (L1-L3)
- Willing to take feedback, learn, and grow; an ethos of continuous self-improvement
- Demonstrated ownership and understanding of large, real-time, highly available systems
- Proficient with AWS. Exposure to Azure is an added bonus
- Knowledge of ITIL ITSM frameworks
- Strong exposure to collaborative engineering methodologies (development, change, and release management)

Working Style: Basically work in office
