Global financial services group is looking for a  Cloud SRE Lead , to be part of a Global Cloud Services team working together with colleagues across the globe, for continuous improvement and enhancement of Cloud platforms, contributing to and accelerating cloud adaption.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, build, test and deliver new services and improvement on supported Cloud platform and services, adhering the standard policy and guideline
- Work as part of the Global Cloud Operations team providing 24x7 support to the user community according to the Follow The Sun Support (FTSS) model, which includes an on-call rotation and potential weekend work as needed
- Effectively develop and maintain robust scripts, tools and templates to automate common tasks and resolve technical problems using agile development methods
- Engage with application teams throughout the lifecycle to provide reliable and scalable Cloud platform and services
- Collaboratively work with Engineering function and other IT teams to discuss and agree on the enhancement and improvement to address challenges or issues
- Work in hybrid environment with applications being hosted internally and on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google)
- Contribute on documenting operational run books, and give coaching to team members

Required Skills:
- Strong bilingual communication skills to interface with application owners and business teams
- 2+ years experience with automation technologies to build, deploy, and integrate infrastructure and applications (e.g., Hashicorp Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible)
- 5+ years of infrastructure operations experience in cloud-based environment (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proficiency in Cloud automation technologies, writing scripts in Python/Bash to interact with Cloud Provider APIs
- Practical knowledge & skills on managing Configuration Management tools, Ansible or Terraform.
- Experience with code repos (Git), project tracking (Jira) and ITIL Ticketing (ServiceNow) systems, GitOps Framework, Hashicorp Vault
- Working experience on Linux and Windows server platform, and good understanding on networking and core infrastructure such as DNS, NTP, LDAP, SSO, Active Directory, Windows SCCM
- Sound team players to collaborate with colleagues across regions to deliver goals together
- Japanese language: Fluent (N1 or above) / English language: Business level

Working Hours:  08:40 – 17:40
Workstyle: By principle, it will be 1 day working in office, 4 days working from home (Depending on nature of the job, it will be decided by department head)
