職務内容
Global financial services group is looking for a Cloud SRE Engineer , to be part of a Global Cloud Services team working together with colleagues across the globe, for continuous improvement and enhancement of Cloud platforms, contributing to and accelerating cloud adaption.
Responsibilities:
- Build, test and deliver new services and improvement on both On-premise and Public Cloud platform and services, adhering to standard policy and guideline
- Provide onsite L2/L3 support to monitor and work on service restoration of Cloud platform deployed globally when incident takes place, under Follow-the-Sun support model or provide on-call support as necessary
- Engage with application teams to provide reliable and scalable Cloud platform and services
- Identify opportunity to automate manual steps or areas for improvement to remediate or mitigate operational risks, and directly contribute on coding to manage the Cloud platform effectively
- Collaboratively work with Engineering function and other IT teams to discuss and agree on the enhancement and improvement to address challenges or issues
- Contribute on documenting operational run books, giving coaching to team members as required
Required Skills:
- Hands on experience in Terraform and / or VMware
- Experience in L2/L3 Production Support and incident investigation
- Python, good working knowledge
- Experience in Public Cloud Services, Azure or AWS
- Micro-services Docker container, Kubernetes, SDLC toolchain such as Gitlab, Nexus, & Jenkins
- Windows server platform, networking, Active Directory, Windows SCCM and SSO.
- Configuration Management tools, Ansible, Grafana
- Japanese language: Business level (N2 or above) / English language: Business level

Working Hours: 08:40 – 17:40
Workstyle: By principle, it will be 1 day working in office, 4 days working from home (Depending on nature of the job, it will be decided by department head)
