職務内容

 

 

One of the world’s largest Insurance Service provider is looking for SDFC & System Integration BSA , with in the Customer Care Department.

Responsibilities:-
User Story Analysis: Work with business teams to gather requirements and design implementation plans, focusing on Salesforce system design and backend mechanisms (APIs, authentication, system integrations).
While the business side will manage AI aspects, IT will take care of the backend processes within SFDC and externally to support the AI requirements from the business side. Therefore, knowledge of SFDC is more critical than AI expertise.
System Integration & Support: Collaborate with IT to design and implement backend processes within SFDC and with external systems to support AI-driven requirements.
Communication to Development Team: Provide clear, structured explanations and technical guidance to development teams in English.
Project & Schedule Management: Coordinate tasks across stakeholders, track progress, and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Collaboration with Business Teams: Act as a bridge between business (AI, operations) and IT (system design, backend), ensuring alignment and smooth execution.

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or similar role within Salesforce projects.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), particularly Agent Force or Service Cloud environments.
Experience in backend integration design (APIs, authentication, system-to-system connectivity).
Solid understanding of system architecture design.

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
Services/Benefits: Transportation expenses up to 20,000 yen per month, plus Paid leave, plus social insurance (health insurance, welfare pension, and work-related accident insurance), Periodic health examination, and Employment insurance
