職務内容
A General Insurance leading service provider, is looking for a talented Application Architect with in the Operations Systems Team.
This role is responsible for contributing to the improvement of system quality across the Policy Administration System (PAS), which manages the company’s primary insurance products, as well as its associated peripheral systems.
Working closely with the owners and stakeholders of each system, the role is expected to propose optimal solutions from an application architecture perspective, promote effective system design, and drive continuous improvements in the quality of both the development process and migration deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Propose optimal solutions from a holistic, endto-end system perspective
- Support the maintenance of high quality across related systems through a common quality and governance approach
- Ensure and maintain the quality of shared platform/environment functions
- Improve intersystem integrations and common functions with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and long-term sustainability
- Provide support for development environment setup and implementation
- Provide support for production environment performance improvement and optimization
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of combined experience in the insurance industry, technology, and/or business transformation initiatives
- Some desired technical skills are (any): Application Architecture, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), System Integration, Enterprise Systems, Performance and Production Support, Software Delivery
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software solutions through the full lifecycle, from design to implementation
- Strong understanding of and hands-on experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Understanding of key insurance business processes within the financial services industry, or a strong willingness and ability to learn them

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, 27 Paid Holidays every year (20 paid leaves, and 7 especial leaves)
