職務内容
A world leading sporting goods manufacturer is seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer to lead enterprise AI/DX initiatives focused on Generative AI, RAG systems, LLM applications, and rapid AI solution delivery within a global, multicultural environment.
This role sits within the Enterprise IT Solutions organization and plays a critical role in driving the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architecture decisions, building scalable AI platforms on AWS, rapidly delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs), and mentoring junior engineering team members.
Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture design and technical decision-making for enterprise AI solutions.
- Design scalable AI systems leveraging AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, and S3.
- Drive implementation of RAG systems, LLM orchestration, AI agents, and prompt engineering solutions.
- Develop reusable POC accelerators, templates, and evaluation frameworks.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, scalability, security, and cost trade-offs for AI initiatives.
- Independently develop and deliver AI POCs within fast development cycles.
- Build backend and AI application functionality using Python.
- Implement LLM integrations, vector database connectivity, and AI workflows.
- Establish production-ready coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support transition of successful POCs into production environments.
- Mentor junior backend and ML engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.
- Drive engineering best practices and improve overall team delivery capability.
- Support knowledge sharing and technical upskilling across the team.
- Partner with Business Analysts and internal stakeholders to validate technical requirements and solution feasibility.
- Present technical recommendations and AI solution proposals to business stakeholders and leadership.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences in a multicultural environment.
Required Skills:
- Experience as an AI Engineer, Backend Engineer, or related role
- Strong experience building and operating production systems on AWS managed services (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, OpenSearch, DynamoDB)
- Python backend and AI application development
- Generative AI technologies including RAG and LLM-based applications
- AI/LLM development frameworks and vector database technologies
- API development, microservices, and serverless architectures
- Infrastructure as Code, containerization, and CI/CD practices
- Modern software engineering and code review practices
