職務内容
A global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provide is seeking an experienced AI Engineer for its Japan’s Data Management and Operations (DMO) Team.
DMO Team is looking for an AI Engineer who will be the bridge between our massive insurance data ecosystem, spanning customer, agent, transaction, and policy data and cutting-edge intelligence.
Part of the job will be to design and deploy scalable Generative AI models and Predictive Analytics solutions that turn our Azure-based data lake into actionable insights and automated experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy predictive models and LLM-based applications (RAG) using Azure Machine Learning and Azure AI Foundry
- Data Integration: Collaborate with our data engineering team to consume high-volume data (Parquet, CSV, Text) from ADLS and Synapse
- App Architecture: Build serverless AI orchestration layers using Azure Functions to bridge models with end-user applications
- Storage Optimization: Utilize Azure AI Search for low-latency retrieval of AI outputs and metadata storage
- Operational Excellence: Implement MLOps best practices and integrate AI workflows into CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment
Required Skills:
- Azure AI Stack: Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Service
- Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Synapse Analytics
- Experience working with Parquet files and large-scale datasets
- Programming: Proficiency in Python (for AI/ML) and familiarity with Scala/Spark (to align with our ETL core)
- Backend & NoSQL: Experience developing with Azure Functions and managing data in CosmosDB
- DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) for automating AI model lifecycles

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
