職務内容
A global and one of the world’s largest Insurance Service provider is seeking an experienced AI Engineer (Databricks, AI & Governance) to join its Data Management and Operations (DMO) Team.
The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions using Databricks, Python, and Azure technologies, with a strong focus on enterprise data management, AI model governance, and production-ready solutions
You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, and business stakeholders to develop scalable AI solutions that support the digital and data transformation initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions using Databricks, Python, and Azure
- Build and maintain AI/ML workflows on Databricks, including data preparation, feature engineering, model training, and deployment
- Utilize MLflow for model tracking, experiment management, and model lifecycle management
- Develop predictive analytics models for insurance-related business applications
- Implement AI and Data Governance practices, including data quality, model monitoring, access controls, and compliance
- Work with Databricks Unity Catalog to support data governance, security, and lineage
- Develop and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or Databricks AI capabilities
- Build Python-based APIs and integrate AI models with enterprise data platforms and applications
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI models and pipelines for production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and properly documented
Required Skills:
- 3~5 years strong hands-on experience with Databricks, including data processing, AI/ML development, and integration with Azure
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience developing AI/ML models and data pipelines
- Good understanding of Machine Learning, predictive analytics, feature engineering, and model deployment
- Experience with MLflow, MLOps, or similar tools for model lifecycle management and monitoring
- Knowledge of Data and AI Governance, including Unity Catalog, data quality, access management, data lineage, and responsible AI practices
- Experience working with Azure cloud services and enterprise data platforms
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Foundry

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: 3 days’ work in office, and 2 days’ work from home
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays
