職務内容
A global Consulting firm is seeking an IT Manager (User Support / ITS Manager)!
Responsibilities:
- Deployment, configuration, updates, maintenance, and support for macOS
- Establishment and enforcement of device security policies
- Management and reporting of security incidents
- Improving IT service quality and customer satisfaction
- Hands-on technical work and leading the team
Required Skills:
- Experience managing end-user devices using tools such as Jamf or Intune (Preferred: experience managing and supporting MacBook devices)
- Knowledge and practical experience in IT service management (ITIL certification preferred)
- Experience operating in an Azure environment
- Team management and process improvement skills
