A world's leading Life Insurance firm is looking for a talented AI Governance Lead (P3) in the Data Platform Strategy Team. As an AI Governance Lead, your role is to execute a comprehensive framework for responsible AI development and deployment.
This role combines risk management expertise with AI/ML knowledge to ensure ethical, reliable, and compliant AI solutions while enabling innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive framework for responsible AI development and deployment
- Ensuring responsible and ethical AI development
- Reducing regulatory and reputational risks
- Building trust in AI systems across the organization
- Enabling compliant AI innovation
- Establishing industry-leading governance practices
Required Skills:
- At least 8 years’ experience in enterprise risk management and internal control
- 5+ years’ experience in AI / ML or more of relevant experience
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies and development lifecycle
- Knowledge of AI ethics principles
- Familiarity with relevant regulations (GDPR, APPI, EU AI Act, Solvency II etc.) and group guidelines
- Understanding of ML / AI model validation techniques and statistical testing
- Experience with ML / AI model monitoring and documentation tools
- Understanding of data privacy and security frameworks
- Strong understanding of AI/ML life cycle
- Strong understanding of Risk Management and Data Governance
